About me
The Story Behind the Sound
Music has been my lifelong language—one that began with the disciplined foundations of classical training in childhood, and deepened through formal studies at a university
in Japan.
My craft has evolved into a deliberate, singular path. I compose not for haste, but for the moment where a sound becomes a world. I find endless fascination in the way layers of notes intertwine to evoke hidden emotions, shifting colors, and unspoken stories.
A turning point came during my years of travel. Encountering folk music and traditional instruments from cultures where pitch itself defies equal temperament quietly
dismantled many of my assumptions about what music could be. That encounter lives
in my work still—beneath the cinematic surface, in the spaces between notes.
For me, music is a sanctuary crafted with intention. It is a fleeting art—existing fully
only in the moment it is heard—and perhaps that is precisely where its power lies. I invite you to step into these spaces and discover the landscapes that unfold within them.
If these sounds become a place of belonging for you—a space to simply exist—then the story is complete.
